I have a passion for eating clean plant-based food, running, fitness, and everything in between.
I graduated The Fashion Institute of Technology in 2014 and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015. Now I run my own Health Coaching practice where I work with individuals to help them reach their personal health goals. Within my practice I also develop innovative plant-based recipes, specifically designed to fuel an athletic lifestyle. An athlete myself, I have completed 9 half marathons, including NYC, Disney Princess and Long Branch, where I placed first in my age group! Besides half marathons, I’ve competed in countless smaller distance races around the NYC area. Recently I have become a triathlete and completed three triathlons, placing first in my age group in two of them. To follow more of my training be sure to follow me on Strava! Along the way to developing my private practice I interned for Candle Cafe as a recipe developer, worked at Basin Bar in Asbury, NJ as the head raw food chef in 2013 and traveled to Napa for Kara Goucher’s Podium Retreat (featured in Runner’s World!) in Summer 2014 and Fall 2015 where I shared some of my favorite recipes with incredible and inspiring athletes.
This past year I was fortunate enough to live with Kara and Adam Goucher in Kara’s lead up to the Olympic Trials in February. I helped her perfect her diet while cooking plant-based meals and snacks to keep her running injury free and strong. While living with her she had one of the best training cycles of her career. Food can be a great tool to enhance one’s training. I’ve seen it first hand. That’s why I am excited to be the Official Health Coach of DelMoSports. I’ll be sharing recipes to help you recover quicker, and fuel more efficiently so you get to the start line feeling strong!
