I had an idea for the September Newsletter that would be a culmination of everything we have done this season. It was going to be pretty cool with pics and video. Then, I saw Harvey Dawkins cross the finish line of IRONMAN 70.3 Atlantic City Presented by Inspira Health Network.
There are times when we just don't feel like getting up in the morning, taking out the garbage, studying, working out, or even spending time with family and friends. But, watching Harvey complete each portion of IMAC 70.3 reminded me that there is a POWER inside all of us and we can access it if we WANT to. Our POWER is our CHOICE. All we have to do is DECIDE to make our dreams a reality.
In life, it does not matter how you do it, it only matters that you didn't quit. Harvey Dawkins is that guy. He doesn't allow cerebral palsy to limit his dreams.... he lives his life to the fullest. He embodies the IRONMAN spirit.
Thank you Harvey. You have no idea how your dedication is affecting THOUSANDS of people right now. Way to #dothework.
